Travel Therapy, Redefined for You

Step Up & Go is a StepUp Rehab travel therapy program offering 13-week assignments in skilled nursing facilites across Florida. Designed for licensed PTs, PTAs, OTs, COTAs, and SLPs, the program combines the flexibility of travel therapy with the stability and support of an established rehabilitation organization, with the ability to transition into permanent, full-time, part-time, or PRN roles as their goals evolve.

How It Works

Step 1.

Apply and
Interview

Submit your application and speak with our team to discuss your goals, and preferred locations. We’ll match you with the right opportunity.

Step 2.

13-Week
Assignment

You’ll be placed at a Step Up facility for a minimum 13-week assignment, working as part of an established therapy team.

Step 3.

Ongoing
Support

Throughout your assignment, you’ll have access to leadership support, defined processes, and the resources you need to succeed.

Step 4.

Extend
or Transition

At the end of your assignment, you can extend, explore a new location, or transition into a permanent full-time, part-time, or PRN role.
